I can remember a time when my oldest dog Samson was 3-4 years old and we had taken him to a dog beach park. Up to that point I had spent many hours training him and was simply running through some drills. I was throwing a frisbee out into the surf and sending him to retrieve it. We were just having some fun, and before I realized it there was a small crowd watching and applauding. I think this was the point that it really started to sink in that all my hard work had paid off.
I’ve found that there are few things in life more enjoyable than a well deserved compliment. I’ve been training for almost 13 years now, and I’ve had the fortune of helping hundreds of others create a winning environment for their best friend.
I think hard work and a positive environment can create the type of companion that wins the hearts of minds of friends and family alike. I believe with a little help you and your dog can be stars together and I am sincerely looking forward to working with you both.
